Q. When do I get paid?
A. We issue payment upon receiving and processing your shipment.
If you have shipped us your products then we will send your payment after the shipment has been received and processed. We kindly ask you to give us up to two business days after shipment has been delivered to process your payment; however, we typically pay the same day that your shipment is received. We take pride in paying our customers very fast!
We receive and process shipments Monday through Friday. We do not process received shipments on weekends or holidays. If your shipment was delivered on a weekend, holiday, or if your shipment arrived late in the day then typically it will be processed and paid on the following business day. We receive many shipments every day so just depending on the volume of shipments received then sometimes it can take an extra day for us to process your shipment and send payment. We strive to send payment very quickly as we know that our customers are often eager to get paid once they see the tracking information shows the package has been delivered. You can always reach out to us if you’d like to know the status of your payment.
If there were issues with your shipment such as receiving damaged products, or unexpected products, or some other issue, then we will reach out to you first to resolve the issue before sending payment.
If you are local to our area, then we can pay you cash on the spot in exchange for your product.
Q. Where should I ship the boxes to?
A: Our only shipping location is in Mansfield, Ohio.
We will provide you with a free shipping label with our exact mailing address before you ship out your products.
Q. Is there free shipping?
A. Yes! Shipping is free and a customer service rep will email you a shipping label.
Q: Should I remove the labels on the boxes of diabetic test strips?
A. If your boxes have labels, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE LABELS as this can damage the boxes and reduce their value or even make them worthless. Please be assured that we will remove and destroy all labels upon receiving them.
If you want to protect your personal information then you can use a black marker to cover your information on the stickers, but please be careful not to get it onto the actual boxes.
If you have to remove the labels then please make sure to remove them very carefully so as not to cause any damage to the boxes.
